He has 20 years of experience in the commercial and technical development of high value-added ingredients, carried out within multinational companies.

Vincent joined Microphyt in 2013 and is acting as CEO since 2014.

Frank joined Microphyt in 2022. With an engineer graduation in Digital Signal Processing and more than 20 years of experience, Frank has worked in different environments; from large international groups to start-ups and in various industries (telecoms, autonomous shuttles, life sciences) where he has managed financial departments and led fundraising operations, acquisitions and IPOs in both listed and non-listed environments. At Microphyt, he organizes the financial department, develops the financing plan for the years to come, and ensures the financial communication and reporting with the usual financial partners.

Stefan brings to the table over 25 years of extensive experience in B2B ingredient sales and business development within the dietary supplement, pet food, and food and beverage industries. A seasoned professional, he is recognized for his innovative problem-solving approach and possesses a diverse skill set encompassing strategic business development, product development, brand ideation, marketing, and sales.

Prior to joining Microphyt, Stefan held the position of Managing Director at Phynova Group. During his tenure, he successfully cultivated a strong market presence by implementing sales strategies across multiple channels, with a particular emphasis on branded, clinically-backed ingredients. His leadership played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and enhancing its reputation in the industry.

Hervé has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and process development in the nutraceuticals, phamaceuticals and cosmetics industries. He has a track record of successfully leading manufacturing facilities and improving efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations of innovative natural ingredients in an international context. Hervé is in charge of Microphyt’s industrial platform development and manufacturing activities.

Rémi is a biotechnology engineer and holds a PhD in industrial microbiology. With more than 15 year of experience, he brings with him both a solid expertise in microalgae production as a hands-on expertise in developing innovative products. Rémi has published several scientific articles and filed patents on microalgae applications. He is in charge of product portfolio development for both nutrition and cosmetic applications.

Johane studied Human Resources and is a trained coach. She has been providing HR support to companies for 25 years. As HR Manager and HR Director, she worked mainly in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, supporting structures and teams through change.

Johane joined Microphyt in September 2023 to create and develop the HR function, and to steer CSR, at the service of corporate strategy.
